Performance Marketing Director

As a Performance Marketing Director you'll be an integral part in helping our clients scale and grow. You'll be responsible for developing marketing strategies that achieve client OKRs - delivering towards pipeline goals.‍

Responsibilities:

  • ‍Providing strategic direction for the development of our client's businesses, including establishing quarterly OKRs and being accountable to achieving them.
  • Owning and managing the relationship with a core set of clients - being valued as a true business partner (not just marketing partner). 
  • Understanding the importance and impacts of different digital marketing areas: paid demand generation (search and social), organic (SEO & CRO), creative and revenue operations (Hubspot & Salesforce). 
  • Reporting on the results of campaign activity. Your depth of expertise enables you to understand the bottom-up view (how digital affects the bigger picture business results).
  • Responsible for the quality of work output from the various internal teams.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get in the trenches to get things done.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Leading UTTR's digital maturity by introducing new processes, tools and ways of working.
  • Being involved with new client pitches, including audits and presentations to prospects.
 

Requirements:

  • B2B marketing knowledge. You know what works, why and how.
  • Understanding the relationship between channels (paid, owned and earned).
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in excellent client servicing/ account management.
  • Confidence and competence in decision-making.
  • Strong desire to achieve excellent results with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to handle pressure, demands of clients, deadlines, and a busy environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Working Hours:

  • We don't care where you work, but you need to work EST, CST, MST or PST hours.
