Part Time Content Creator

City Fitness is seeking a talented and motivated part-time Content Creator to elevate our digital presence and engage our fitness community. This role blends visual creativity with compelling storytelling, producing and editing high-quality photo, video, and written content for our social and digital channels — all aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.

We’re looking for someone who sees the world in Reels and transitions, has a sharp eye for detail, and loves capturing authentic moments. If you get energized by turning workouts, community events, and behind-the-scenes action into scroll-stopping content, this is the perfect fit. The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the City Fitness brand, help shape our voice and style, and generate content that drives engagement, traffic, and new member interest across platforms.

• 1-2+ years’ experience (or demonstrated portfolio) in content creation / social media for brands (fitness, wellness, lifestyle preferred).
• Proficiency in photography & videography (phone or camera), and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Cap Cut, etc.).
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for social media captions, etc.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, take direction, manage deadlines, multitask.
• Comfortable being on-site for shoots, flexible with occasional weekend/evening hours.
• Familiarity with social analytics tools (native platform analytics, or third-party tools).
• Basic understanding of branding and maintaining visual consistency.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have High School diploma or GED Equivalency

Work Schedule & Conditions

• 10 to 15 hours per week (can scale depending on needs).
• Combination of remote work (planning, editing) and on-site presence (shoots, events).
• Some flexibility required — e.g. early mornings, evenings, or weekends for content capture.
