About the Role: 
We are looking for a unique professional who possesses a "half creative, half ops" brain to bridge the gap between our field production and final delivery. As an Operations & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the final gatekeeper of our visual standards while simultaneously driving the administrative engine that supports our rapid growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Quality Control: Review AI-edited photos and perform manual touch-ups in Photoshop/Lightroom (e.g., object removal, sky replacements) to ensure 100% brand alignment and next-day delivery.
  • Operational Management: Direct the lifecycle of every order by managing the booking system, tracking daily revenue, and closing out jobs to maintain a high-velocity workflow.
  • Administrative Oversight: Support the company's financial health by assisting with invoicing in QuickBooks and ensuring all billing data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process Stabilization: Act as the central link between field photographers and the operations team, proactively resolving scheduling or quality issues to maintain stability in a dynamic environment.
 

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is mandatory; you must be able to perform high-level photo editing immediately without training (Required).
  • Startup Mindset: Proven ability to work as a self-starter in a lean, "no hand-holding" environment where independence and critical thinking are essential (Required).
  • Adaptive Ops Experience: Background in administrative or operational roles with a knack for creating structure out of unpredictable schedules and high-volume requests (Required).
  • Strong Communication: Excellent English communication skills and familiarity with tools like QuickBooks or similar management software (Preferred).​​​​​​​
