What You Will Do

As our Omnichannel Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth across our digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about leveraging data to inform marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our agency partners in the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok in support of sale on our DTC site
  • Lead Amazon agency partnership across all key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, TACoS, and organic rank), driving continued YoY growth through strategic ASIN expansion, optimized ad spend, and improved operational execution.
  • Manage DTC growth initiatives through performance-driven advertising, including prospecting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize ROAS.
  • Lead and launch Instacart campaigns, including A/B testing campaign type, creative, targeting, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with Thrive Market teams to execute digital shopper programs and co-branded media initiatives.
  • Managed performance marketing across key retailer platforms including Walmart and Target, optimizing spend and creativity to improve ROAS, drive incremental sales, and support omni-channel brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to develop and implement shopper marketing strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize ROAS.
  • Monitor website performance and support merchandising updates, promotional setups, and landing page optimizations.
  • Integrate performance data across platforms to inform budget decisions.
  • Generate and present weekly/monthly performance reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a nimble, high-growth environment. You have experience in omnichannel performance marketing—spanning Amazon, retail expansion, digital marketing, and ecommerce—you bring a test-and-learn mindset to every project. You excel at managing and optimizing campaigns and have strong analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in omnichannel performance marketing, both across Amazon and a brand’s expansion into retail, digital marketing, ecommerce, or CPG performance marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, and Instacart Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a nimble, high-growth environment.
  • Shopify experience is a must, we want someone from the D2C side vs someone from the retail side
  • Familiarity with DTC platforms (e.g., Shopify), Klaviyo, or landing page builders.
  • Bonus: Instacart experience
