Clark Capital Management Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology & Design Specialist to support the Firm’s marketing, communications, and client engagement initiatives. This role blends creative design, marketing technology, and operational execution. This hybrid role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality, compliant marketing materials across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop charts, graphics, and additional visual assets to support presentations and other marketing materials; create and refine charts in Microsoft Excel as needed to meet presentation and Compliance standards
  • Design invitations, market updates, commentaries, and related marketing materials 
  • Maintain and update Clark Capital’s websites, including ccmg.com and navigatorfunds.com
  • Edit and produce marketing and educational videos, and manage Compliance review and approval workflows
  • Edit and enhance audio content for video projects
  • Manage marketing technology platforms and recommend enhancements or new solutions where appropriate
  • Create and deploy email communications; manage lists, forms, and automations
  • Manage quarterly client meeting processes and quarterly performance reporting workflows
  • Upload and manage marketing materials across internal and external distribution platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing marketing and communication needs
  • Learn and maintain proprietary technology tools that support marketing automation and workflows

Competencies for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Design, Communications, or Technology
  • At least five years of progressively responsible experience in marketing technology, design, and digital communications, or demonstrated equivalent capability
  • Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to build and style clean, responsive web interfaces and custom email templates
  • Demonstrated proficiency with marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), Seismic, WordPress, and related tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
