What You'll Do as a Marketing Supervisor:

• Lead the execution of strategic marketing plans across Westfield's family of brands.
• Oversee daily operations of the marketing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with company goals.
• Develop campaigns across digital, social, and print channels, ensuring consistency and creativity.
• Launch new consumer packaged goods (CPG) products and manage promotions.
• Maintain brand identity standards and a strong digital presence across all platforms.
• Analyze customer insights and trends to guide marketing decisions.
• Advance Westfield's mission and values through purposeful marketing initiatives.

Our Ideal Marketing Supervisor:

• Experienced: Brings 1-3 years of marketing and team-leadership experience, including hands-on work in videography and photography.
• Industry-Savvy: Background in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food production, or agricultural marketing is preferred.
• Servant-Minded: Leads with humility, clarity, and purpose—motivating others through collaboration and example.
• Creative & Detail-Oriented: Combines innovative thinking with accuracy and follow-through in every project.
• Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-moving environment while maintaining care, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

What We Offer Our Marketing Supervisor:

• $65,000-$85,000 per year. DOE
• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule
