Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and customer engagement while maintaining organized processes and procedures. This position requires a versatile individual who can create marketing strategies by enhancing overall business performance, cash flow, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
· Website merchandising, updates and new product implementation on website.
· Marketing Strategy, develop a comprehensive marketing plan with clear, achievable goals aligned with company objectives. Regularly review and adjust marketing tactics based on performance data and collaborate with team members on promotional activities and events to effectively engage target customers.
· Advertising effectiveness, Ad design. Digital and paper. Analyze performance metrics of advertising campaigns on a weekly basis to measure impact. Test various advertising channels to determine the most effective options and allocate and monitor the advertising budget to maximize return on investment (ROI), ultimately increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
· Google related duties
· Manage social media
· Customer feedback management
· General Admin tasks
The job and would require approximately 20-30 hours of work per week. We would be open to 4 days a week, Monday thru Thursday. 6–7-hour days. The position does not include PTO or any benefits.
