Overview

The Marketing Specialist for FullBloom’s EmpowerU mental health product is a hands-on, versatile marketer who thrives on turning strategy into action. This role is perfect for someone who can do it all—manage and update websites, execute lead generation campaigns, create compelling content, and bring ideas to life across email, social media, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with attention to detail, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and loves seeing a project through from concept to completion. Working closely with a small, collaborative team, the Marketing Specialist ensures EmpowerU’s message reaches and resonates with educators while driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth. 

 

The EmpowerU product is a fast-growing education technology offering dedicated to helping students and educators build resilience, confidence, and motivation to thrive. Through evidence-based digital curricula and personalized coaching, EmpowerU empowers students to improve well-being and academic outcomes, while equipping educators with tools and training to personal growth across their schools. Responsibilities

  • Write copy for customer email broadcasts  
  • Manage and update the EmpowerU websites with relevant content and updates to our products 
  • Develop lead generation campaigns and content for the campaigns i.e. blogs, email copy, socials etc 
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing materials and monitor impact and effectiveness 
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums 
  • Produce case studies and resources the sales reps need to be successful 
  • Understand the education field and is willing to learn how to market our products that are appealing to educators 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Marketing 
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills 
  • CRM experience 
  • Strong creative marketing skills 
  • Problem solving skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Views feedback as a gift 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability 
  • Bachelor's Degree

Pay Rate

Starting from USD $72,500.00/Yr.
