Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing
• Proven experience in successful marketing programs and campaigns
• Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing
• Experience in social media strategy and marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing software and applications to include Adobe, Canva and Wix
• Strong graphic design skills
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and approachability in demeanor to work effectively with peers and clients
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently to meet deadlines
• Manage time well, be detail oriented, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement marketing plans
• Participate in business development initiatives through contact with new and potential clients
• Evaluate marketing activities and industry organization involvement to determine return on investment
• Manage logistics and organize all aspects of participation in trade shows, conferences, and events across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey
• Represent Keystone at industry events and trade shows, and through membership and committee involvement in industry organizations
• Coordinate submission of presentations and professional papers at industry events
• Design and update marketing materials to endure brand consistency and presentation
• Maintain and update the company website
• Manage social media presence including content creation, scheduling and engagement
• Budget responsibility: work within department budget parameters and track expenses
• Maintain Sales and Marketing forms and folders, contacts database, and client mailing lists
• Maintain promotional materials inventory

Our Marketing Specialist will travel locally to client sites and occasionally have overnight travel trips for conferences.
