Overview
Silvi Materials is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across a growing, multi-regional organization. This role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, managing lead data and email communications, and supporting high-impact brand activations including a partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles, community initiatives, and expansion markets.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring that marketing efforts are executed efficiently, consistently, and at scale. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams to bring structure to fast-moving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
So, what does a Silvi Materials Marketing Operations Coordinator do? You'll be an integral part of our marketing team:
Campaign Execution + Marketing Operations
- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across email and digital channels
- Build and deploy email campaigns, including list segmentation, formatting, scheduling, and QA
- Assist with maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers, and workflow systems to ensure on-time execution
- Support digital initiatives in collaboration with external agency partners (paid media, analytics, reporting)
- Track campaign activity and provide basic performance insights to support continuous improvement
Lead Management + Customer Experience Support
- Manage and organize inbound leads generated through web, phone, and digital campaigns
- Maintain accurate, segmented lead data
- Coordinate lead routing and support timely follow-up by the Customer Experience team
- Assist in executing email nurture campaigns to engage and convert new leads
- Monitor lead activity and help maintain visibility into follow-up and engagement
Internal Coordination + Workflow Management
- Serve as a central point of coordination for incoming marketing requests across departments
- Help prioritize and route incoming marketing requests across departments to appropriate team members
- Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Support development of presentations, reports, and internal communications
Brand + Asset Coordination
- Manage ordering, inventory, and distribution of branded merchandise (apparel, promotional items, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery
- Support internal teams and field operations with branded asset request
Partnerships + Community Activation (Philadelphia Eagles + Silvi Foundation)
- Help coordinate logistics and execution of partnership and community initiatives, including Silvi’s Philadelphia Eagles activations and Silvi Foundation charity events
- Manage invitations, guest lists, and event communications (e.g., tailgates, community events)
- Coordinate event materials, vendors, and on-site logistics
- Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of events
- Support post-event follow-up and internal reporting
Regional Marketing Support (Expansion Markets)
- Support execution of marketing initiatives for Eagle Rock Concrete (our North Carolina-based company) and other expansion markets under the direction of the Marketing Director
- Assist with localized email campaigns, lead coordination, and branded material needs
- Help ensure alignment with Silvi brand standards across regional efforts
Qualifications:
- Graduated or enrolled in a Bachelor's program, preferably in the fields of Marketing or Business Administration.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, operations, campaign coordination, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to execute independently
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing platforms (email, CRM, analytics tools) preferred
- Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events
