What You Bring to the Table
- Creative skill set – Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and web content management systems.
- Experience that counts – At least 3 years in marketing, communications, or graphic design, with a track record of managing multiple projects on deadline.
- Analytical mindset – Ability to measure campaign results, manage budgets, and provide clear reporting.
- Collaboration skills – Comfort working across departments, with vendors, and in the community.
- Financial services knowledge - Familiarity with being in a highly regulated industry and the compliance side of marketing. Financial services experience preferred.
What You’ll Do to Succeed
In this role, you’ll drive performance by:
- Bringing campaigns to life – Create and execute marketing programs that highlight our products and services while strengthening our brand reputation.
- Designing with purpose – Produce polished print and digital materials that align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Owning digital presence – Manage and enhance website content, online campaigns, and branch merchandising to ensure an optimized customer experience.
- Measuring results – Develop metrics, track campaign performance, and share insights that improve outcomes.
- Supporting growth initiatives – Partner with business lines to design marketing strategies that help meet sales and service goals.
- Strengthening community ties – Represent the Bank at events and in the community in ways that reflect our values and build goodwill.
