Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Reports To: Interim President and Parent Company CEO
Role Summary:
Our client is seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage brand, messaging, and outreach initiatives across all digital and physical channels. This role is the owner of the brand’s voice and the storyteller of the value to both prospective and existing customers worldwide. This person will create, manage, and localize all content — from the website to brochures, from social media to trade show booths — and ensure the company is positioned as a trusted, innovative leader in industrial machinery. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating highly technical product domains, translating engineering language into compelling customer narratives. They will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Service, and Spare Parts teams to surface and amplify the real-world value delivered across markets. This is a high-responsibility, highly visible role critical to scaling the global brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & SEO Content Management
Own and update all website content — product pages, technical overviews, industry applications, success stories, and team bios.
Build out and optimize content around targeted SEO keywords, buyer intent, and industry trends.
Create and publish landing pages and microsites for campaigns, new machines, or events.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Plan, write, and execute multi-step email campaigns that drive leads, announce new innovations, and support sales enablement, as well as thought leadership for customers on preventative maintenance on their machinery.
Segment email lists by buyer profile, region, and language (Spanish/English) for tailored campaigns.
Track open rates, CTRs, and lead conversions to refine messaging.
Product Videos & Technical Content
Lead the development of product videos, operator tutorials, install walk-throughs, and case study stories.
Script and coordinate production of short-form video content for social platforms and YouTube.
Translate engineering insights into digestible, high-value technical content.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
Manage presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Build a digital content calendar with a consistent brand voice — industry tips, machine spotlights, team features, install showcases, and event updates.
Monitor analytics, grow engagement, and identify influencers or partner accounts to collaborate with.
Trade Shows & Conferences
Own marketing execution for international trade shows, regional expos, and dealer events, including booth layout, messaging, visuals, digital assets, and product demo coordination.
Create show-specific campaigns to drive booth traffic and post-show lead capture.
Sales Collateral & Brochures
Design and maintain brochures, one-pagers, digital product books, and buyer guides.
Support Sales and Customer Success teams with presentation decks, sales PDFs, proposal templates, and client-facing visuals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Regularly meet with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Service, and Vendor Ops to mine internal knowledge and translate it into market-ready messaging.
Work closely with company leadership to align brand direction with company strategy and innovation pipeline.
