The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Inizio Engage's Patient Access HUB offerings. Focused on supporting the U.S. Patient Solutions Specialist Area, this role requires strong healthcare marketing expertise, particularly within the patient access, reimbursement, and patient support program space. 

 

This role is a key member of the Global Marketing team and will work cross-functionally with sales enablement, operations, legal, and client-facing teams to ensure campaigns align with Inizio's commercial goals, compliance standards, and brand vision.

What will you be doing? 

  • Develop U.S.-focused marketing strategies to promote Patient Access HUB services 
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning for new offerings and service enhancements 
  • Align marketing campaigns with patient support goals including access, affordability, and adherence 
  • Manage integrated marketing efforts across digital, content, event, and partner channels 
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to build positioning tools and client-facing materials 
  • Leverage customer, competitor, and market research to refine messaging and outreach 
  • Track campaign performance using defined KPIs and optimize tactics accordingly 
  • Incorporate client feedback and performance insights to enhance strategy and execution 
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and internal review processes 
  • Work subject matter experts, compliance, legal, and creative partners 
  • Help foster a team culture by supporting professional development and recognizing achievements 

 

What do you need for this position? 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field 
  • 7 years + of healthcare/life sciences marketing experience  
  • Strong understanding of Patient Access HUB services or patient support programs 
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Smartsheet, and generative AI tools 
  • B2B healthcare marketing experience within a regulated environment 
  • Familiarity with U.S. pharmaceutical industry standards, privacy laws, and compliance practices 
  • Experience leading marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams
