The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support company growth. This role oversees campaigns across digital and traditional channels, manages marketing performance, and collaborates closely with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze data while managing multiple marketing initiatives. Standard office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch break. The Marketing Manager will report to 217 Church Road, North Wales, PA 19454 unless otherwise assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly or indirectly supervises employees, temporary or contractor workers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training and engaging employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including website strategy (UX, content, and conversion optimization), SEO, paid search, display, and social media advertising
- Define target audiences and craft compelling messaging that resonates with ideal customers and drives engagement
- Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and customer analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Manage traditional advertising channels, including radio, billboards, truck branding, and yard signage, ensuring strong brand recognition.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics and CRM data to evaluate ROI
- Monitor marketing budgets, including forecasting, spend tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Provide leadership and development for designated marketing team members to drive growth initiatives
- Meet and exceed performance goals.
- Ensure regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Operate safely in all conditions.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
