Position Overview The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs across North America. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, covering digital marketing, social media, content development, campaigns, promotions, trade shows, and marketing analytics. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys building programs, collaborating cross-functionally and globally, and driving measurable business impact in an industrial B2B environment. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Develop and implement the North American marketing strategy, aligned with business growth objective and global marketing initiatives.
Create integrated marketing plans that span digital, content, campaigns, events, and promotions.
Manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars, budgets, and priorities.
Campaigns, content & social media
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including messaging, asset development, and performance tracking.
Own the company’s social media strategy, including content planning, publishing cadence, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with product management, sales, and technical teams to create compelling content such as case studies, application stories, product overviews, videos, and presentations.
Trade shows & field marketing
Lead planning and execution for trade shows and industry events, including booth messaging, pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
Support promotional programs and product or solution launches in coordination with sales and product teams.
Data capture & analytics
Manage lead capture processes from digital campaigns and events, ensuring accurate data flow into CRM and marketing systems.
Track and report on key performance metrics including campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Use insights and analytics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Cross-functional collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer teams to ensure marketing alignment with commercial priorities.
Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners as needed.
Work collaboratively with global marketing teams and vendors to execute globally aligned strategy and execution.
Qualifications Required
5–10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial, electrical, manufacturing, automation, or related markets.
Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Hands-on experience with social media, content marketing, and trade show/event marketing.
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI.
Experience with marketing automation and analytics, and CRM platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Experience supporting channel, distributor, or representative sales models.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
