What You'll Do as a Marketing Manager

• Develop & execute the marketing strategy, including planning campaigns and managing the marketing calendar and budget.
• Lead & coordinate the marketing function, working with internal team members, freelancers, and partners.
• Own brand messaging and content across digital and print channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication.
• Oversee & contribute to content creation and copywriting.
• Track performance, analyze results, and adjust campaigns to support growth, product launches, and sales efforts.

Our Ideal Marketing Manager

• Experienced: 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership, marketing management, or a senior marketing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts strategically.
• Self-motivated: Takes initiative, follows through without being asked, and takes responsibility for marketing outcomes.
• Collaborative: Works well with others, is open to feedback, and collaborates effectively with internal teams, freelancers, and partners.
• Detail-oriented & Organized: Produces high-quality work while managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with consistency.

What We Offer Our Marketing Manager

• Full-time position, typically 40-50 hours per week, with a flexible schedule (around 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• $75,000-$90,000/year, depending on experience
