Marketing Manager
What We Need:
Brady Corporation is seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to lead key marketing initiatives from planning through execution for one of Brady’s business units, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and overseeing a small marketing team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategy and Planning
Develop and manage marketing plans that drive business growth, address customer needs, and strengthen Brady’s market position.
Collaborate with product management and sales teams to translate business priorities into actionable marketing programs
Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities that inform marketing decisions.
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all initiatives are executed efficiently and achieve intended results.
Campaign Management
Execute marketing programs that bring Brady’s technical solutions to market and empower sales teams with the tools, content, and materials needed for successful customer engagement.
Lead product launch activities, coordinating timelines, creative assets, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful go-to-market execution..
Create and manage on-brand marketing content across digital and print channels, including web assets, brochures, and sales tools, in partnership with creative and product teams to ensure effectiveness and consistency.
Manage lead generation and follow-up processes, ensuring timely routing, tracking, and reporting to support sales conversion goals.
Tradeshow Coordination
Oversee all logistics associated with tradeshow appearances including booth set-up, managing promotional activities, and serving as main point of contact.
Represent the company in-person at tradeshows and actively engage with potential customers, partners, and other industry professionals.
Manage lead capture, post-show follow-up, and performance reporting.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
5+ years of professional experience with a strong background in marketing
Demonstrated understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, along with experience managing budgets effectively.
Skilled in writing and editing content for both print and digital to ensure effectiveness, accuracy and clarity.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing both lead generation and awareness campaigns.
Experience managing a small marketing team to execute plans and meet performance objectives.
Thrives in a collaborative, matrixed environment, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an applicable field
