Salary Range:
- Latam $1500-$2000
- South Africa $1300-$1800
- Philippines $1100 to $1500
Work Hours: 9am to 6pm EST US Hours Monday to Friday
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead and support strategic marketing and brand-building efforts. This role is essential to elevating our presence in the painting and drywall services industry, generating qualified leads, and reinforcing our identity as a tech-forward, virtuous, and relationship-driven company. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset and a natural flair for brand advocacy. They have a combination of strong content creation skills with digital marketing expertise and a keen eye for brand development and customer engagement. As a brand ambassador, they will confidently represent the brand across platforms, foster community relationships, and authentically champion the company’s voice and values both online and offline.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Brand Strategic Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Define and develop strategic marketing channels to facilitate rapid growth
- Maintain consistent and compelling brand messaging across all identified channels and materials.
- Showcase company values and partnerships, especially with major homebuilders, large-scale general contractors.
- Monitor and manage brand reputation, customer perceptions, and online reviews.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to refine brand positioning and improve customer experience.
Digital Marketing Management
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business).
- Develop engaging social media content highlighting painting projects, before/after transformations, and team culture.
- Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns for local painting services.
- Oversee and collaborate with external marketing agencies to ensure alignment with strategic goals, evaluate performance, and assess return on investment.
- Leverage expertise to provide informed guidance, manage agency relationships, and ensure the organization receives high-quality, cost-effective services.
- Ensure the company website is up to date, optimized for SEO, and aligned with brand identity.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and similar design/testing platforms for data visualization, testing, and optimizing marketing assets.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Design and implement marketing strategies to drive quality leads.
- Create and manage email campaigns, reactivation campaigns, and nurture sequences.
- Track campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts and ensure follow-through on leads.
Content Creation & Design
- Create high-quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, blog posts, and educational materials.
- Develop and design marketing assets such as flyers, brochures, proposals, and social media graphics.
- Write blog content about painting services, DIY tips, and home improvement trends to boost SEO and audience engagement.
Local Marketing Initiatives
- Plan and execute campaigns targeting the Greater Greenville area and specific service zones.
- Manage relationships with local business partners and community organizations.
- Organize and support local events to build community presence and brand Awareness.
Customer Communication & Retention
- Develop strategies for effective and engaging customer communication.
- Create follow-up programs, satisfaction surveys, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations to enhance customer journey touchpoints from
inquiry to post-service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and content
creation.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., CRM tools, Google My Business,
Meta Ads).
- Strong skills in digital design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in marketing for local service businesses is a plus.
- Experience working within or alongside marketing agencies is advantageous - a plus
- Strong project management and communication skills.
