Marketing Liaison: Washington/ South Hills
Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Liaison. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with healthcare partners, educating the community, and helping patients access high-quality home health services.
This position supports our South Hills and Washington territories and requires regular travel throughout the South Hills region and Washington County.

What You’ll Do as a Liaison
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, and community partners• Serve as a trusted resource on our home health services• Educate healthcare professionals on patient eligibility and care options• Identify opportunities to support patient transitions to home-based care• Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams• Represent Concordia Visiting Nurses with professionalism and integrity
