Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Liaison: Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, and community partners Promote Concordia Visiting Nurses’ services to increase referrals and census growth Serve as a liaison between referral sources and internal clinical teams Attend meetings, networking events, and community outreach activities Track referral activity and provide regular updates to leadership Ensure a positive, professional image of Concordia at all times Qualifications for the Marketing Liaison: Prior healthcare marketing, sales, or liaison experience preferred Home health or hospice experience a plus Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation required   Respect.
