Description

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to join the team at Printfresh, a growing sleepwear and fashion brand.

The Social Media Intern will contribute to the creation and curation of compelling on-brand content for all Printfresh social channels. They will assist in daily community management, track post results, and report on social trends to ensure best practices moving forward.

Internship Responsibilities:

  • Act as a content creator for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, creating and editing both video and static content alongside the Social Media Specialist.
  • Identify moments to partake in trends and develop our social presence in creative ways.
  • Edit and clip video content into platform-appropriate TikToks and Reels, identifying strong hooks and copy to ensure best results.
  • Assist with social content shoot prep, including finding props, steaming garments, and providing input on filming.
  • Ensure our community is engaged and heard by responding to comments and DMs on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Monitor user-generated content for potential use across other platforms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks in order to complete several simultaneous projects
  • Exceptional copy and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape and trends as they pertain to brand social accounts
  • A natural problem solver who seeks ways to independently and creatively work through issues
  • Has an adaptable, completionist attitude; will do what it takes to contribute meaningfully to a project and finish it


Requirements
  • Pursuing or has a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or relevant fields
  • Interest in social media, apparel, and online trends, with a keen eye for design and aestheticsΒ 
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Comfortable with graphic design (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)


Benefits
  • Starting pay for this role is $15/hour
  • Work will be performed on-site at our Philadelphia office Tuesdays through Thursdays
