At ARRO Consulting, Inc., our Marketing team plays a key role in advancing the firm’s mission by driving visibility, engagement, and brand awareness. As a Marketing Intern, you will be immersed in a wide range of projects that allow you to apply your classroom knowledge in real-world situations while building your professional portfolio.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support ARRO’s marketing and communications initiatives. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event support. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will contribute to campaigns, assist with events and branding efforts, and gain exposure to both internal and external communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.).

• Create and schedule engaging content for ARRO’s social media platforms.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to help inform strategy.

• Draft website and SharePoint (intranet) content updates.

• Support the company newsletter content and distribution.

• Assist with company apparel and branded item purchases.

• Help prepare marketing materials and presentations.

• Provide administrative support for marketing projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, analytics).

• Experience with tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, or Adobe Suite.
