Marketing Intern

Summary Vicinity Energy is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support regional marketing and communications initiatives in our Philadelphia office. This role is ideal for a student passionate about sustainability and clean energy who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This is a part-time non-exempt position reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. This role is located in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities  Support the coordination and execution of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives Assist with content development across email, social media, and internal communications Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations, and contact databases Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences Provide support for events, including planning and on-site coordination Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep projects on track   Basic Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, English, Journalism or related field Other Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn   Physical Requirements Must submit to company provided pre-employment drug screen
