What You'll Do: 

• Engage with Homeowners: Walk neighborhoods and introduce potential customers to our services. 
• Schedule Appointments: Set up free roof inspections and consultations.
• Develop Sales Skills: Learn how to overcome objections and communicate value effectively.

Compensation & Performance Bonuses 

Base Pay: $100 per day + commission and performance-based bonuses.

Commission Structure: 

• Earn $100 when you secure 2 service agreements in one week, then an additional $550 for the 3rd agreement. 
• Earn $250 for each additional service agreement after the 3rd. 

Monthly Performance Bonuses: 

• 12 Service Agreements: $500 
• 15 Service Agreements: $800 
• 18 Service Agreements: $1,300 
• 25+ Service Agreements: $2,000 

Quarterly Performance Bonuses: 

• 35 Service Agreements: $1,000 
• 45 Service Agreements: $2,000 
• 55 Service Agreements: $3,000 
• 65+ Service Agreements: $4,000 

Career Advancement Opportunity: Successful representatives can transition into sales, earning $150,000+ per year.

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Alternating Saturdays), 8-Hour Shifts.
