Under the supervision of the AVP of Marketing, the Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing and communication initiatives that promote Fox Chase Cancer Center's services, enhance brand awareness, drive patient engagement, and support service line growth objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate across clinical, operational, research and administrative teams and effectively execute marketing activities in coordination with the digital team, the Key Account Management (KAM) team, Communications, Institutional Advancement, etc. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning, Brand Management, Creative & Media Execution; Partnerships & Event Support, Market Intelligence, Data-Driven Decision Making, Team Leadership.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field Required Master's Degree Preferred
Experience 7 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, oncology, or a related field Required Experience in advertising, digital marketing and market research Required Proven leadership and project management experience Required Strong understanding of healthcare marketing compliance (e.g., HIPAA regulations) Required Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills Required Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including physicians, executives, and patients Required
