Marketing Coordinator - Woodward PA

The seasonal Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of Woodward PA’s onsite marketing plan through collaboration with teams across Woodward.

As a member of the Woodward PA Team, the Marketing Coordinator will bring to life the Woodward brand through onsite signage, marketing collateral, athlete and partnership activations and social media.  This role also provides general marketing production assistance as well as supporting on-site signage and display systems administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Athlete and Influencer Marketing Support 

• Work with Programming Leadership to help execute onsite activations with Athletes and Creators within the Programming schedule.

• Provide excellent arrival experience support and customer service to VIP athletes, creators and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. 

Events & Partnership Marketing

• Oversee execution of partnership marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables for partners are maximized and completed on time, and within budget.

• Innovate and introduce new concepts that leverage our partnerships.

• Organize and coordinate all Woodward branded materials including but not limited to pop up booth kits, backdrops, feather flags, stickers, swag, and all associated marketing collateral to support onsite and offsite Marketing and Sales efforts.  

• Supply onsite operations teams with the necessary information and collateral to exceed partner expectations. 

Social Media Support

• Support execution of Woodward PA Social Media plan via content capture and collaboration with the Camp Social Media Manager.

Creative Asset Production and Coordination

• Oversee the creation and production of creative assets on-site, including signage and miscellaneous printed collateral.

• Ensure projects adhere to brand standards and the identified budget.

• The candidate should be comfortable and proficient in proofreading and some basic copywriting.

General On-Site Support

• Assist in the administrative support of systems and platforms (Canva, Optisign Digital Screens, Linktree, etc).

• Support operations as needed to ensure campers, guests, athletes, and VIPs are delivered the best possible experience.

Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required:

• 1-3 years of experience in a related field.

• Active participation in action sports and knowledge of key athletes, brands, and events preferred.

• Comfortable in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.

• Working knowledge of social media and video hosting sites.

• Valid driver's license.

• Comfort working in an outdoor, all-season environment.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Cross-departmental collaboration experience is a plus.

• Passion for and experience in the action sports industry preferred.

• Skills in Adobe Suite are a bonus.
