Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be a hands-on generalist supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives.  This role requires someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and proactive – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly shift between creative, digital, and event-driven projects.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns. 

• Support event planning and execution, including tournaments, trade shows, and grassroots activations. 

• Manage and respond to donation requests and community outreach opportunities. 

• Assist with digital media initiatives, including paid campaign, and analytics tracking & reporting. 

• Assist with ideation and content creation across platforms – short-form copy, blog posts, emails, etc. 

• Assist with product launches and GTM executions. 

• Help manage partnerships and sponsorships to ensure flawless execution. 

• Write engaging on-brand copy for email, web, and promotional materials. 

• Provide support for brand ambassador programs. 

• Coordinate projects across teams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 

• 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred, internships considered. 

• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 

• Self-starter who takes initiative and can manage multiple projects at once. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred. 

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klayvio), social media analytics, and basic design software (Canva) a plus. 

• Knowledge or passion for tennis, pickleball, and/or padel is a plus.
