Best Line Equipment is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to work in our State College Corporate office. The Marketing Coordinator position provides support for all marketing efforts at all Best Line Equipment, Powersports, and Material Handling locations. Key responsibilities include developing new content, leading social media efforts, managing our merchandise ordering and distribution process, and supporting creative initiatives within the Marketing Department. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Leads the planning, creation, scheduling, and monitoring of content across Best Line Equipment, Powersports, and Material Handling social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready and available by coordinating requirements with all Best Line locations, inventorying stock, identifying suppliers, negotiating rates, and placing/verifying orders.
  • Writes copy and provides creative insights for campaign development, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and agency partners, keeping in mind and incorporating Best Line's history and values.
  • Develops and writes customer profiles, case studies, and blog content to be distributed across Best Line Equipment's internal and external communication channels, including the employee intranet and website.
  • Works to define the mission, vision, and story of the marketing department and Best Line Equipment as a whole.
  • Contributes to Best Line's employee intranet by creating and updating quarterly marketing announcements and other relevant content.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
  • Supports organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, while exploring new opportunities to add value to the job and Best Line.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
  • Understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative and innovative flair.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM strategies, and CMS tools.
  • Willingness to stay current with marketing trends and digital tools through ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; Associate's degree with relevant experience may be considered.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a creative and innovative flair.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with extreme attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM strategies, and CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with photography a plus.
