Position Summary

This role serves as dedicated marketing support for Loan Officers across our local mortgage retail branches, providing essential Tier 1 assistance in areas such as CRM utilization, marketing asset coordination, and social media support. The Marketing Support Coordinator ensures timely, accurate, and brand-compliant execution of marketing activities that help drive lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Loan Officers seeking marketing assistance, including campaign setup, collateral requests, and platform troubleshooting.
  • Assist with the creation, customization, and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, email templates, social media assets, and event collateral.
  • Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance standards, including disclosures and licensing requirements.
  • Coordinate with dedicated marketing team to escalate Tier 2 and Tier 3 support issues when necessary.
  • Assist with local event planning and execution, including promotional materials and logistics.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing support, preferably in financial services or mortgage industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Total Expert, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in mortgage marketing is a plus.
