What you'll be doing:

  • Create, update, and maintain marketing content including website pages, case studies, project spotlights, and social media posts.
  • Maintain and update company website content and digital marketing assets.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and internal communication initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities through research, benchmarking, and industry analysis.
  • Conduct market research to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for approval.Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain marketing files, images, templates, and documentation.
  • Coordinate photography, asset tagging, and proper usage of visual materials.
  • Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral updates.
  • Respond to marketing-related requests from internal teams and support cross-department initiatives.
  • Track and report basic campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Conduct industry and competitor research using tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and AI-based research platforms.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field; 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with fluency in social media and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
  • Dependable, customer-focused, and adaptable to new technologies and tools.
