The
Marketing Coordinator supports and advances the company’s brand, visibility,
and business development initiatives across digital, print, and in-person
channels. This individual plays a key role in translating technical
construction and specialty trade expertise into compelling marketing content
that strengthens the company’s reputation and drives new opportunities.
Working
closely with leadership, project teams, business development, HR, and safety,
the Marketing Coordinator manages proposals, digital platforms, events,
internal communications, and marketing collateral in a fast-paced,
project-driven environment. This role requires strong organizational skills,
content development expertise, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent
deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop,
maintain, and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all platforms
- Ensure
consistent messaging, visual standards, and formatting across proposals,
presentations, and marketing materials
- Support
long-term marketing initiatives aligned with company growth objectives
- Maintain
brand standards across signage, wearables, collateral, and digital
channels
Business Development & Proposal Support
- Support
RFQ/RFP submissions, qualifications packages, and proposal responses
- Assist
in crafting interview presentations and supporting materials
- Maintain
and update project profiles, staff resumes, and marketing databases
- Organize
and maintain proposal content resources, imagery libraries, and project
statistics
- Coordinate
printing, binding, and digital submission logistics as needed
Website & Digital Presence
- Manage
and update the company website, including project features, service pages,
and news content
- Monitor
website performance, analytics, and SEO strategies to improve visibility
- Capture
photography, videography, drone imagery, and project storytelling
- Ensure
consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
Content Development & Communications
Create
technical and project-specific content for use across marketing channels,
including:
- Project
descriptions and case studies
- Client
proposals and qualifications packages
- Award
submissions
- Articles,
blogs, and press releases
- Conference
materials and speaking engagement presentations
- Success
stories and milestone announcements
Translate
complex technical construction information into clear, engaging, and marketable
content for both industry and general audiences.
Social Media & External Communications
- Develop,
schedule, and publish social media content across company platforms
- Highlight
projects, safety initiatives, culture, community involvement, and industry
expertise
- Maintain
a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
- Track
engagement metrics and recommend strategies to increase reach
Internal Communications
- Produce
internal newsletters, announcements, and company updates
- Highlight
project milestones, safety achievements, and employee recognition
- Assist
with client and employee events and recognition initiatives
Event Planning & Industry Engagement
- Lead
coordination of company events including groundbreaking ceremonies, ribbon
cuttings, trade shows, recruitment events, and client events
- Manage
event logistics including signage, banners, promotional materials, and
staff coordination
- Attend
industry events and conferences as a company representative
- Capture
event content for marketing and social media use
- Support
photography commissions and external creative consultants
Imagery & Marketing Asset Management
- Coordinate
internal and external photography and drone services
- Maintain
an organized imagery database
- Develop
and track a running list of imagery needs
- Ensure
up-to-date project visuals for proposals and website
Special Project Support
- Support special initiatives including
sponsorships, community engagement, and promotional programs
Safety & Field Engagement
Demonstrate
and support the company’s commitment to safety by:
- Promoting
safety achievements and initiatives in marketing communications
- Following
all company safety policies when visiting jobsites
- Participating
in jobsite observations or safety documentation processes when required
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or
equivalent experience)
- 3–5+
years of marketing experience, preferably within construction, specialty
trades, engineering, or A/E/C industries
- Experience
supporting proposal development and RFP processes
- Strong
writing, editing, and proofreading skills with technical accuracy
- Experience
managing websites, CMS platforms, and SEO best practices
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop,
Acrobat)
- Ability
to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Familiarity
with CRM or proposal management systems
- Experience
with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Knowledge
of construction terminology, delivery methods, and project lifecycle
phases
- Basic
photography or videography experience
