EDUCATION: Associates or bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or related field. 

EXPERIENCE: 1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, content creation, or digital communications preferred. 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:   Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).

Job Description:

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand captions and customer-focused messaging. 
  • Proficiency in filming and editing short-form video content for social platforms. 
  • Proficiency with social media tools and scheduling platforms. 
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow detailed procedures and regulatory requirements. 
  •  Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and support a variety of marketing projects. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday needs for content capture or events.  
  • Execute the casino’s social media calendar across all active platforms by scheduling posts, reels, and stories in alignment with brand voice and compliance requirements. 
  • Monitor all social media channels daily; respond to guest messages, comments, and inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.  
  • Capture original content on casino property, including photos and short-format video, ensuring brand-safe and compliant usage. 
  • Track social media analytics and provide weekly recap reports with insights and recommendations. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm content opportunities and ideas. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and content requests for social features and highlights. 
  • Ensure all content adheres to casino brand standards, regulatory requirements, and PGCB marketing guidelines. 
  • Perform other marketing-related duties and projects as needed.
