EDUCATION: Associates or bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: 1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, content creation, or digital communications preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).

- Execute the casino’s social media calendar across all active platforms by scheduling posts, reels, and stories in alignment with brand voice and compliance requirements.
- Monitor all social media channels daily; respond to guest messages, comments, and inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
- Capture original content on casino property, including photos and short-format video, ensuring brand-safe and compliant usage.
- Track social media analytics and provide weekly recap reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm content opportunities and ideas.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and content requests for social features and highlights.
- Ensure all content adheres to casino brand standards, regulatory requirements, and PGCB marketing guidelines.
- Perform other marketing-related duties and projects as needed.
