Marketing Coordinator
Wes Carver ElectricWes Carver Electric has been
proudly serving Bucks and Montgomery County since 1999. We are looking for a
hands-on, organized Marketing Coordinator to run the day-to-day execution of
our marketing. This is not a support role: you will own the calendar, keep our
vendors on track, write the copy, build the creative, approve what goes live,
and report on what worked.
Our marketing mix is roughly 75%
digital (paid search, local service ads, social, email, website, listings, and
reviews) and 25% physical (postcard mailers, signage, graphic design, community
events, etc.). The right person is comfortable moving between the two and does
not think of themselves as "just digital" or "just
creative."
Primary
Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics
• Pull and assemble weekly and monthly marketing reports:
leads, cost per lead, booked jobs, and campaign performance by channel
• Read Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and call/lead
tracking data and compile key takeaways and recommendations
• Flag underperforming campaigns early and propose
adjustments – Coordinating with our marketing agency contact(s)
Vendor Coordination
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for our outside vendors
(PPC/SEO agency, website, print shop, mail house, promotional products)
• Keep vendor deliverables, deadlines, and invoices on
schedule and on budget
• Review vendor work for accuracy, brand consistency, and
results before it goes live
Copywriting & Ad Approval
• Write copy for ads, landing pages, email newsletters,
postcards, social posts, and website updates in WCE's voice
• Review and approve ad creative and copy submitted by
vendors or generated in-house
• Maintain consistency in messaging, offers, and branding
across every customer-facing channel
Creative Production
• Design mid-level creative in Canva, Adobe Creative
Suite, or similar: social graphics, postcards, flyers, yard signs, email
templates, and simple video edits
• Capture original content on job sites and in the
office: photos, short video, team spotlights, and customer testimonials
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate proofs with
the print shop
Digital Presence & Reputation
• Keep the website current with services, team profiles,
promotions, and seasonal content
• Maintain Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads,
Yelp, and other listings
• Support the team's review requests; monitor and respond
to online reviews promptly and professionally
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content; track
engagement and adjust
Email & Print Campaigns
• Build and send the monthly email newsletter and track
open and click rates
• Coordinate recurring postcard campaigns (every 6–7
weeks) from offer and design through mail-house drop
• Manage inventory of print collateral, signage, and
event materials
Community & Events
• Coordinate WCE's presence at local events,
sponsorships, and partnerships, including materials, signage, and promotion
Requirements
Who
You Are:
• 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally at a
small business or home-services/trades company
• A generalist: comfortable with both digital channels
and physical/print marketing
• A clear, confident writer who can produce clean copy
quickly and in a consistent brand voice
• Able to read analytics and explain what the numbers
mean, not just report them
• Proficient in Canva or Adobe Express (Adobe Creative
Suite a plus), Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, and an email
platform
• Familiar with Google Ads and Google Analytics well
enough to check vendor work and spot problems
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable
managing multiple deadlines with limited supervision
• Reliable, positive, and a good fit with a hardworking,
team-first crew
• Bonus: Experience with ServiceTitan or another
home-services CRM; basic video editing; construction or trades background
