Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; no weekends or holidaysServes as a writer and coordinator supporting the Marketing team with publications, digital content, and special projects. Assists in writing, editing, and producing copy for web, social media, email, brochures, ad campaigns, and other communications in support of organizational and marketing goals. Works closely with team members to execute marketing initiatives while developing skills and gaining experience to take on greater responsibility over time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
This role is designed to begin with supportive and execution-focused tasks, with the expectation of developing the skills and confidence to assume more independent responsibilities within approximately six months.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience developing, managing and maintaining relationships with publications. Experience writing on a wide range of topics with subject matter experts at multiple levels throughout an organization.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures, averages, per unit costs and discounts.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnishes in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
