About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced, high-growth marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will support day-to-day marketing initiatives across the business, including project management, social media, events, and content coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, digitally savvy, and eager to learn and grow within a collaborative and mission-driven environment.



Requirements
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and event channels
  • Manage marketing project timelines and updates using Smartsheet or other project tools
  • Coordinate with freelance designers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
  • Lead social media planning, content scheduling, and community engagement
  • Provide support for corporate events, sponsorships, and conferences, including logistics and materials
  • Conduct marketing research to support positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
  • Maintain and organize shared marketing resources and collateral through management of company intranet
  • Provide administrative support for team meetings, tracking KPIs, and organizing HubSpot contacts and workflows
  • Assist with communication needs, content updates, PowerPoint support, email marketing, and list management via HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred 
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced, professional setting 
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and basic content creation 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and HubSpot (or similar Marketing automation tool) 
  • Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is helpful, but not required 
  • Bonus: Skills in photography, videography, or basic editing for social and digital assets
