What You’ll Do:

Assist with marketing strategies, promotional materials, and event planning.
Manage data entry, follow-ups, and reporting using tools like Move-N.
Conduct tours and coordinate resident move-ins.
Organize community outreach events and invitations.
Support marketing efforts with mailings, phone blitzes, and record audits.
Work with environmental services to ensure room readiness.
Maintain model rooms and resident files.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Marketing or Business preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years in sales or marketing (B2B or retail) with a track record of relationship-building.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook), strong verbal & written communication, and public speaking. Familiarity with sales tools & CRM software is a plus!
