We are seeking a motivated and versatile professional to lead our marketing, sales, and recruiting efforts. This individual will be responsible for promoting our services, building relationships with referral partners, driving client growth, and recruiting high-quality caregivers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Community Outreach

  • Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

  • Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital advertising campaigns.

  • Create and distribute flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.

  • Represent the company at community events, networking groups, and senior resource fairs.

Sales & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior centers, physicians, etc.).

  • Conduct in-person visits to facilities and community partners to promote services.

  • Track and follow up on leads, converting inquiries into clients.

  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Recruiting & Hiring

  • Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates.

  • Post job openings on various online platforms and maintain an active recruiting pipeline.

  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and compliance documentation for new hires.

  • Maintain relationships with caregivers to support retention and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or recruiting (home care/healthcare industry preferred but not required).
