What You Will Do

  • Design and execute strategic marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Create content across all platforms - proposals, brochures, presentations, videos, and newsletters.
  • Manage digital presence, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Maintain and enhance the company website (WordPress experience preferred).
  • Produce short promotional videos for digital platforms.
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and client-facing events.
  • Assist with proposal and RFP development.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support business development.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Minimum 3 years in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), etc.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms; HTML experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of civil engineering, land development, or municipal services preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for events or meetings.
