Description

As a Marketing Analyst, you will work with Sales, Marketing and Inside Sales to execute on the marketing strategies and initiatives to profitably expand the Commercial Transportation and Industrial business in North America.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Key contributor to quoting activities for Industrial and Commercial Transportation products.

  • Support the Industrial and Commercial Transportation Marketing Manager in financial analysis of customer products and contracts.

  • Contribute to process improvement on the RFQ to Order process by identifying and implementing changes to existing processes with Marketing and Inside Sales teams at each of our mills.

  • Use knowledge of Arconic Inside Sales and Manufacturing processes to provide valuable insight into Marketing decisions.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (internal candidates progressing toward this qualification with a defined target graduation date may be considered) 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer related function
  • Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to improve productivity, analyze information, and support day-to-day business activities.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Authorizations from the relevant government agency may be required to meet export control compliance requirements.

 

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of business systems (i.e. AS400, Oracle, SalesForce)
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proactive, with superior analytical and numerical skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
