Role Overview
The Managing Director, Assets, Offering Development, and Partnerships is a pivotal role designed to transform consulting successes into scalable, firm-wide digital assets. The role will be responsible for delivering complex client engagements, scaling service offerings, and new business origination.
Responsibilities
Asset & Offering Development: Identify, formalize, and manage a library of intellectual property (IP), digital tools, AI agents and methodologies that can be deployed across multiple client engagements.
Product Owner: Act as the Lead Product Owner for our internal "Product Store," prioritizing features based on the highest ROI for the firm’s consulting arms.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Business Group Leaders to understand market demands and translate successful "local" projects into "global" digital offerings.
Strategic Partnerships: Curate and manage a vendor ecosystem (SaaS, Tech, Data) to bridge capability gaps and add value to our core consulting services.
Capability Stand-up: Build the infrastructure and governance models required to launch new service lines rapidly, ensuring consistency in quality and branding.
Knowledge Democratization: Drive the adoption of these assets across the firm, ensuring consulting teams are trained and incentivized to use standardized accelerators.
Requirements
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another analytical area
15+ years proven track record in professional services or management consullting
5+ years in a leadership role focused on productization or offering development
Demonstrated experience acting as a lead product owner managing the end to end lifecyle of digital assets
Expert level experience in curating and managing vendor ecosystem to fill capability gaps and enhance core service offerings
The candidate will possess a strong personal brand and deep market-making relationships resulting in a robust flow of inbound calls and bookings
A successful track record of revenue generation annually
