Role Summary

The Manager of Social Media will lead Wolfe’s social media strategy to elevate brand presence, expand audience reach, and drive measurable business outcomes across the company’s portfolio of consumer and B2B brands. This role requires an experienced leader with a track record of scaling brands and teams, a deep understanding of both organic and paid social, and experience working with large brands and cross-functional stakeholders. Agency experience and a data-driven mindset are strongly preferred.

This is a 5-day onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Wolfe’s social media strategy across all brands to drive growth, engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Plan, produce, and scale high-quality social content, including short-form video and campaign-driven assets, across priority platforms.
  • Audit, optimize, and improve social performance across platforms with a focus on link clicks, engagement efficiency, and scalable growth.
  • Establish and maintain repeatable systems for content planning, testing, publishing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Leverage AI and emerging tools to streamline content production, improve creative efficiency, and accelerate performance insights.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing social media team while partnering cross-functionally to support integrated marketing initiatives.

Impact Statement

The Director of Social Media is responsible for establishing the foundation to scale social media into a measurable revenue and growth channel across Wolfe Companies' portfolio.

Within the first 90-120 days, impact is defined by:

  • Delivering a documented social revenue growth plan for priority brands, including target KPIs, conversion paths, and baseline revenue attribution
  • Establishing consistent reporting for social-driven traffic, assisted revenue, link clicks, and content performance
  • Driving measurable improvement in social link clicks and traffic contribution versus baseline
  • Implementing a scalable content production system supporting 12-20 videos per month across priority brands
  • Identifying and documenting top-performing content formats and repeatable creative patterns
  • Implementing AI across ideation, production, and reporting workflows to increase output and reduce production time
  • Establishing repeatable planning, production, and reporting systems to support future scale

Success at 90-120 days is measured by a clear revenue plan, early performance lift, increased content output efficiency, and systems in place to support annual growth targets.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Prior experience at a marketing or creative agency managing multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of scaling social programs for growing and established brands.
  • Experience working with large, recognizable brands and high-stakes campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of organic social, paid social, and creator/influencer ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build teams, systems, and processes that scale.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • executive communication and presentation abilities.
