Schedule:

Standard operating hours are 8:00 am οΏ½ 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday. Specific work hours will be established through discussions with your supervisor.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the ongoing recruitment of participants into the program and the growth and maintenance of an optimal enrollee census. Responsible for all public awareness efforts of the program, including leading and managing marketing and media related campaigns of services to providers, referral sources, and the community at large, including execution of business development, public and community relations efforts both locally and statewide. Responsible for oversight of daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing/overseeing actionable strategies based on those metrics to promote growth of the mission of One Senior Care.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to recruit and retain Participants and maintain optimal census, including marketing processes, branding, and promotional protocols.
  • Direct all advertising, public relations, and promotional activities across multiple platforms (digital, television, direct mail, out-of-home, etc.).
  • Manage marketing budgets, project timelines, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
  • Identify media channels, direct ad placements, and oversee the creation of marketing and branding materials, including new site branding packages.
  • Ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all campaigns and materials.
  • Collect, assess, and react to data and KPIs to drive strategy adjustments; deploy analytics to evaluate ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain industry and competitive awareness; recommend and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Oversee production and CMS approval of printed and audio-visual materials in accordance with PACE Marketing Guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain media and public relations contacts; manage news releases and provider network communications.
  • Monitor and manage social media presence and digital engagement strategies.
  • Support provider relationship development, including contract initiation and public relations.
  • Coordinate and represent the organization at events, press conferences, and legislative engagements.
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop marketing team members; manage team performance, expenses, training, and compliance with HR policies.
  • Collaborate with the Intake Manager on census growth strategies and lead management.
  • Manage lead pipeline activities through CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and outbound marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain reporting, planning systems, and administrative documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • The Manager of Marketing and Media has significant leadership and management responsibilities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated strong management, leadership, influence and motivational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to review large amounts of data and identify key trends, metrics and patterns. Must be able to use advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Ability to organize work and follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Relates well with people of all ages but has a deep sensitivity and commitment to the elderly.
  • Must possess a valid driverοΏ½s license and reliable transportation with frequent regional travel.
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Must be able to deal tactfully and patiently with personnel, Participants, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • A BachelorοΏ½s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or another Related Field.
  • Professional level experience in the marketing of products or services; experience in the research written preparation and dissemination of information to the public through such media as publications, broadcasting, or public speaking; and demonstration of the ability to independently develop, maintain, coordinate and carry out promotional events, internal informational programs, and public informational advertising campaigns.
  • One year of experience working with the frail and elderly population or willing to participate in extensive training as needed.
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Requires valid State driverοΏ½s license with a clean driving record.

  • Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to drive a motor vehicle.
  • Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
  • Is subject to lifting, carrying, and supporting Participants.
  • Ability to travel to local and regional locations. Occasional overnight travel required.
