Manager I, Field Marketing Business Partner

Serve as a strategic partner to local and regional sales leaders, influencing marketing’s contribution to revenue in alignment with current-year growth objectives. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, deploying, and executing sales and marketing tools, programs, and go-to-market strategies to generate new prospects and advance existing revenue in direct and inside sales channels through field and customer-facing activities. Act as the primary connection between marketing and sales teams, supporting the development and execution of regional and local marketing plans using both inbound and outbound tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs in collaboration with production print and graphic communications sales teams.
  • Partner with sales leaders to create local marketing business plans based on production market opportunities, aligned with customer segmentation and portfolio.
  • Establish a cadence to measure local KPIs against growth and retention targets for production print and graphic communications.
  • Research, design, and manage industry-specific events (e.g., print expos, graphic communications forums) with integrated pre-, during-, and post-event strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify production-focused enablement needs; work with portfolio marketing to develop tools, programs-in-a-box, training, and content.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing programs in production print and graphic communications segments.
  • Drive growth through account-based and customer marketing strategies for production print.
  • Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate and optimize marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement target account strategies for production print and graphic communications.
  • Communicate and educate sales teams on new and planned marketing activities, including production-focused programs.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with Portfolio Marketing and Demand Center for production print solutions.
  • Support brand amplification in local markets through events and campaigns.
  • Engage in activities supporting ongoing customer contact, councils, and user groups specific to production print customers.
  • Assist in building production-specific sales tools, incentive programs, and field programs.
  • Act as system user for lead and demand generation platforms; manage campaigns for production print opportunities.
  • Support market positioning and launch activities for production print and graphic communications solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 6+ years in B2B marketing.
  • 4+ years of field marketing leadership experience.
  • Proven experience collaborating with sales teams to drive awareness and revenue; direct sales experience highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success across all key areas of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
  • Experience in customer, competitive, market, or general business intelligence.
  • Ability to assess current state and align with desired outcomes.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset; ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, field, and HQ resources.
  • Highly motivated, able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels.
  • Work assignments are varied; requires interpretation and application of complex material and data.
  • Minimal physical effort; primarily sedentary with occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting objects under 10 lbs.
  • Must reside within district boundaries, preferably co-located with District Leader and/or staff.
