Position Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant who will also support day-to-day office management. This is an entry-level, hybrid role ideal for someone eager to build hands-on experience in marketing while helping keep the office running smoothly. Your efforts will align closely with sales and demand generation teams to optimize pipeline growth and customer acquisition. 

Key Responsibilities 

Marketing Strategy & Execution 

• Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns 

• Assist with event planning and management in North America 

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance and provide reporting 

• Research new marketing opportunities 

Office Management & Administrative Support 

• Help manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor orders 

• Maintain an organized, professional, clean office environment 

• Handle incoming mail, packages, and general office requests 

• Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

• 0-1 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry. 

• Knowledge of ABM strategies, demand generation, and event marketing. 

• Experience collaborating with sales teams and aligning marketing efforts with revenue goals. 

• Exposure in Project Management Tools (Asana), RM software (Salesforce) and internal tools (Microsoft Suite). 

• Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 

• Strong organizational and time management skills
