Hospice Marketing Liaison

Hospice Community MarketerGood Samaritan Hospice (a ministry of Concordia Lutheran Ministries) Good Samaritan Hospice is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Hospice Community Marketer. In this role, you’ll be out in the community building connections and sharing the value of hospice care through education and outreach. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has a heart for compassionate care, and is comfortable navigating the healthcare environment. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, and hospitals Provide education about hospice services to patients, families, and healthcare professionals Serve as a trusted resource in the community, helping individuals understand hospice care and available services Travel within a defined territory throughout Western Pennsylvania Why Join Good Samaritan Hospice?We are a mission-driven organization committed to providing compassionate, respectful care to our patients, families, and team members.
