High Associates Ltd in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Digital Marketing and Events Intern to support our team with a variety of digital marketing and event planning projects throughout the summer. This role offers hands-on experience organizing Greenfield events such as our Summer Concert Series, food truck events, and committee fairs, as well as supporting marketing initiatives for our residential communities. The intern will assist with social media content creation, video editing, and the development of short clips and reels that showcase our events and community engagement. Throughout the internship, the selected candidate will gain experience in customer service, team communication, marketing operations, and event coordination while contributing to meaningful projects.


This is a full-time, paid summer internship working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some early mornings and late evenings may be required based on event schedules. The internship begins in May 2026, with a preferred end date in the Fall. The role is primarily based at our corporate office at 1853 William Penn Way, with occasional travel for events, projects, and community involvement

Responsibilities of our Marketing Intern will include, but are not limited to:

  • Event coordination, setup, and break down.
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with social media projects and maintain social media pages.
  • Video editing, clips and reels. 
  • Coordinating with external vendors for various events.
  • Website, social media and email content writing  
  • Website design and enhancements  

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word necessary.
  • Video editing experience 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong writing skills
  • Required maturity and a high level of professionalism coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
  • Availability to work occasional early mornings and evenings, as necessary based upon events.
  • Canva and Clipchamp experience preferred 

Important Details:

  • You will work in a professional office environment
  • Limited travel for special events or community involvement. (eligible for mileage reimbursement) 
  • You may be asked to participate in a case study or take an assessment
