Graphic Designer - Digital (Hybrid | Pittsburgh, PA)
About the Role
Join a dynamic, creative team as a Digital Graphic Designer on a 5-month contract. Work in a collaborative hybrid environment, spending three days each week in our Pittsburgh office. You’ll contribute to innovative digital projects, elevate brand presence, and gain exposure to cross-functional teams—all while growing your portfolio and sharpening your skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce compelling digital assets for web, email, social media, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, developers, and business partners to deliver impactful design solutions.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand guidelines and adheres to quality standards.
- Prepare, revise, and finalize files for digital production in line with stakeholder feedback.
- Participate actively in team meetings, creative reviews, and project briefings.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience designing digital and graphic assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong visual design, layout, and typography skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS.
- Experience designing for responsive web platforms.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
