JOB SUMMARY


The Digital Business Solutions Implementation Specialist supports JBT’s Business Solutions Team by managing client onboarding, system setup, documentation, maintenance, and annual account reviews. This role provides direct support for business digital products including Treasury Management, Banno Business, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Digital Lockbox, Account Analysis, sweeps, business bill pay, business debit and credit cards, and payment systems. 


The position serves as a primary contact for business clients, assisting with setup, first time login, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, including occasional onsite support. A strong understanding of core and digital systems functionality, technical troubleshooting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance is required, along with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible for setting up Treasury Management and Banno Business relationships in accordance with applicable policies, including preparing, reviewing and processing related documentation. 
  • Provide technical support to the Business Solutions Team and clients across all Business Solutions products and services.
  • Completes annual risk assessments and interim risk assessments for ACH, Wire and Remote Deposit Capture client relationships
  • Serves as a resource for Treasury Management/Banno Business/Business Solutions clients resolving questions and troubleshooting issues
  • Maintain working knowledge of all Digital Banking functions, systems, vendors, and platforms
  • Assist with daily functions ofsystem administration.
  • Perform account and profile maintenance, including adding and deleting accounts, balancing, reporting, and assisting with the processing of returns and exceptions
  • Manage access controls, including passwords, two-factor and text authentication, and secure tokens. 
  • Monitor transactions on all channels for possible fraudulent activity.
  • Manage and maintain record keeping. 
  • Assist Treasury, Business Solutions Manager and Digital Banking, Payments and Products Manager with system upgrades and testing for Treasury and Banno Business Platforms
  • Communicate and open cases with vendors regarding system or client issues
  • Research and evaluate potential Business Solutions products  
  • Maintain and update department procedures and policy related to business products and services.
  • Promote and preserve JBT’s values and culture.
  • Follow Bank policy and procedure to prevent fraud and financial crimes
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

SKILLS

  • Broad knowledge of departmental and Bank operating policies and procedures
  • Aptitude to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client services skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to recognize irregular or suspicious transactions or activity and take appropriate steps to prevent loss. 
  • Strong mathematical, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of operations in other departments and bank retail outlets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with core banking systems; Jack Henry Silverlake, Treasury Management, and Banno Business preferred.
  •  Extensive knowledge of PCs, Internet Browsers, mobile devices and apps, and related Operating Systems.
