&Marketing places fractional talent every day, so we know better than anyone what it looks like when you actually treat marketing as a priority. Now we're doing it for ourselves. We want to identify our own fractional marketing director to collaborate with our leadership on strategy and own its translation into an accountable, executed plan.
THE ROLE
You’ll collaborate with our leadership team on marketing strategy and then own making it real. You’ll translate that shared direction into an executable plan, direct our existing resources, hold us accountable to reporting, and make sure we treat our own marketing with the same rigor we bring to our clients.

You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team on direction and work alongside our marketing coordinator, who handles project management, material creation, LinkedIn execution, and event support. You direct. She and others execute.
WHERE YOU FIT
You’re the bridge between leadership’s vision and execution. You help shape and pressure-test strategy with leadership, then own turning it into a plan that actually gets done.
You've done this before in a fractional or agency context, you are comfortable directing without doing, you know HubSpot well, and you hold yourself and your clients accountable to results. BONUS if you understand the fractional model because you live it and you can give us about 30-40 hours a month. Even better if you have led a "thought leadership" platform with spectacular results. You are in the Greater Philadelphia Area, you'll work remote but can be available for in-person meetings when needed.
