Supervisory Responsibility
This position serves as the first line of management, overseeing a team of direct reports while also playing a critical leadership role in managing the execution of internal marketing initiatives across the organization. This includes providing day-to-day direction, feedback, and professional development to direct reports, on-site team members, and project-based contractors. In addition to team management, the role provides strategic guidance and creative oversight to cross-functional partners in Operations, Sales, Studio, and Member Services, ensuring alignment and consistency in all member-facing communications.
This position is expected to serve the Company and its clients in good faith, act to protect its best interests, and not to disclose or mistreat confidential information.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position which requires a combination of onsite and remote work, with a minimum of 40 scheduled hours per workweek. While the expected days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, this schedule is largely dictated by the demands of the department and at times may lack consistency from week to week. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for promotional events, member features, or marketing campaigns. Flextime is applied accordingly and as deemed necessary.
Travel
This position requires a moderate amount of travel, including regular visits to City Fitness club locations. Travel will be necessary to support campaign & promotion execution, assist with training or communication rollouts, and attend on-site events as needed.
